Join Cycles of Change for a fun ride visiting a few of our East Oakland libraries! This is a slow ride, for all ages. We meet up at 12:30 and roll out at 1 PM! Please register here. We'll start at 81st Avenue Branch, roll by Brookfield, and end up at Fruitvale after a lovely ride along the shoreline.

Melrose Branch is a small neighborhood library in East Oakland along Foothill, serving a mix of families, kids, and adults who live nearby.
