Corgi Coffee Co-Op: Diy Coffee For Founders
Builder Night
July 30, 2026 at WorkOS in SF, CA
660 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104
WorkOS x Pieces is a live demo night in San Francisco for people building, evaluating, or trying to better understand the infrastructure behind AI agents.
This is less panel, more practical session: two focused demos, an open conversation with the teams, and plenty of time for food, drinks, and meeting other builders. No vague AI futurism or pitch-heavy programming—just a closer look at two capabilities agents need to become genuinely useful in production: identity and memory.
Madison Packer from WorkOS will demo auth.md, WorkOS’s open-source agent authentication protocol, launched in partnership with Cloudflare and Firecrawl. auth.md gives agents a proper identity layer, allowing them to register with services, authenticate securely, and manage credentials throughout their lifecycle instead of operating as anonymous API callers.
Tsavo Knott, CEO of Pieces, will demo how Pieces provides local-first workstream memory across IDEs, browsers, terminals, docs, and AI tools. This gives agents durable context that persists across sessions and workflows, helping them understand what you are working on and carry useful context from one tool to the next.
Together, the demos explore two foundational parts of the emerging agent stack:
Identity + memory = agents that are more secure, contextual, and ready for real-world use.
If you are building around agents, MCP, developer tools, or production AI infrastructure, you are welcome here.

WorkOS uses its third-floor downtown San Francisco office as a regular meetup spot for developer and AI events. The entrance is on Market in the Financial District, with elevator access up to the space. Most gatherings listed here start around the early evening, which lines up with typical after-work timing for people coming from nearby offices or off BART. more...
