In this four part series facilitated by Everyone On participants will learn Windows basics, including, but not limited to:
Basic keyboard and mouse operationsHow to use Windows operating systemNavigating the internetCybersecurity basicsEmail
Everyone On is a national nonprofit creating meaningful local change. Through expert-led digital skills training, they empower individuals from diverse communities to confidently navigate the digital world.
After attending all four classes in the series, participants will receive a free Windows laptop.

Oakland Public Library’s Main Library is the big central branch in downtown Oakland, a short walk from Lake Merritt and near a bunch of bus lines and BART. Inside, it feels like a traditional multi story city library, with a busy ground floor, quieter upper levels, and lots of tables, study spots, and public computers. There is paid street parking and a couple of garages nearby, but spaces can be tight, so many people use transit instead. more...
