Oakland native Isaac Schwartz has been playing drums since age 12. Isaac has toured the United States and Europe as well as playing many top venues around the Bay Area. This includes Yoshi’s, Sf Jazz, The Fox Theater, The Sound Room, Keys Jazz Bistro, Campbell Recital Hall, Blue Note Napa, and much much more. Isaac has gotten to share the stage with Chuck Israels, Troy Roberts, and many great Bay Area artists. He now plays in great projects such as Heart Matter, and the Family Jules Band, as well as freelancing and being a private instructor.

Stookey’s Blue Room is a small, jazz-focused cabaret tucked between downtown and Nob Hill, sharing a block with its sister bar, Stookey’s Club Moderne. The room is compact, with seating for only a few dozen people, so most shows feel close-up and conversational.
