Pebblebed's Builders Late Night Café

This event is over, it happened on

May 4, 2026 at San Francisco in San Francisco, CA

There's something magical about working late with other people who are also in the zone. That flow state hits different: focused energy, the smell of fresh coffee, and (this one Monday only) a small galactic holiday in the air. Pebblebed Late Night Café: May the 4th Edition. Free barista-made coffee, fresh pastries, lofi beats in the background (with maybe one or two cantina deep cuts), and a room full of builders. Grab a spot at our long tables or curl up in a corner. Work in silence or take a break to chat with someone working on something equally ambitious. Bring your laptop and your project. We'll bring the caffeine, the snacks, and the community. May the 4th be with you. See you Monday night. Everyone who shows up need to be approved (we have limited spots). Hosted by Pebblebed VC — a technical early-stage fund founded by Pam Vagata (OpenAI co-founder), Keith Adams (Facebook AI Research founder), and Tammie Siew (former Sequoia).

San Francisco as a “venue” usually means the event could be in a private dining room, a historic building, or a coworking or gallery-style space somewhere in the city. Tech and founder dinners like the Junto series often use private clubs or reservation-only restaurants, with multi-course meals at shared tables and a set program. Larger mixers such as SF Climate Week happy hours tend to be in central locations with structured check-in, name badges, sponsor signage, and access to nearby paid parking garages, especially around corridors like Van Ness and downtown. more...
