Shad Harris is a versatile multi-instrumentalist and blues vocalist based in California, renowned for his soulful keytar performances and leadership of The Groovenators, a band blending West Coast blues with funk. With a career spanning back to 1966, he has played with legends like Etta James and Charlie Musselwhite. He performs regularly in San Francisco at The Saloon with The Doorslammers among other projects.

The Saloon is a compact, old-school bar in North Beach that leans hard into live music and very little else. Inside, the room is dim with an aging wooden bar, a few scattered tables, and a small open space that turns into a dance floor once the bands start.
