Ti Piacera Ristorante sits on the busy stretch of Polk in the Polk Gulch / lower Nob Hill area, so it feels very much like a neighborhood spot rather than a destination restaurant. Inside, the room is long and warm, with high ceilings, soft lighting, and closely spaced tables that fill up steadily as the evening goes on.
