Oakland Public Library’s Dimond Branch sits in the middle of the Dimond District, across from the neighborhood Safeway and a short walk from Dimond Park. The building is a straightforward multi story library with an elevator, air conditioning, and a mix of open stacks, tables, and a few quieter corners.
