This year marks our 9th annual Bastille Day celebration. We'll spend the afternoon celebrating French cuisine and culture with bites and specials all around the market. Vendors will be pouring wine, and visitors will have the chance to sample French iced tea, cheese and charcuterie. There will be French pastries and desserts from our bakery, a special French menu from our kitchen, and broiled scallops from Billingsgate Seafood. You can also take home French-inspired ingredients to cook with, including housemade merguez sausages from Marin Sun Farms, and beautiful red, white, and blue bouquets from Wildflower and Fern.

Rockridge Market Hall is a compact food hall in Oakland’s Rockridge neighborhood, right along College Avenue near the Rockridge BART station. It is set up as a cluster of small, owner-operated food businesses under one roof, including a specialty grocery, produce stand, bakery, coffee bar, butcher, seafood counter, wine shop, and florist. The building opens directly to the sidewalk, so foot traffic from the neighborhood and the train station flows through pretty steadily, and it can feel busy at peak hours. more...
