For adults and teens who have not yet learned to ride a bike or would like a refresher.
This three-hour workshop is for adults and teens who have not yet learned to ride a bike or would like a refresher on the basics of balancing, pedaling, and steering.
Our trained instructors are friendly, patient, and will help you get off to a great start in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Rockridge BART Parking Lot is the paved surface lot right next to the Rockridge BART station in Oakland’s Rockridge neighborhood, just off College Avenue. It is a standard transit parking lot with painted stalls, pay stations, and a steady flow of commuters on weekdays.
