Rockridge is a Bay Area Rapid Transit station in the Rockridge district of Oakland, sitting right on the College Avenue commercial strip. The station itself is small and straightforward, with stairs, escalators, and an elevator up to outdoor platforms. Most of what people think of as the “venue” for events is the plaza and surrounding sidewalks, plus the adjacent parking lot and the stretch of College Avenue in front of the station.

For events based here, that means a busy but manageable meeting point where it is simple to find the group, then step directly into the surrounding district for the actual activities.
