Oakland Public Children’s Library is the children’s area inside the Main Library in downtown Oakland, between the office core and Lake Merritt. Visitors usually come in through the Oak Street side, where there is a ramp and power-assisted doors, then head to a separate Children’s Room with kid-height shelves, big floor spaces, and a mix of books and toys. more...
