This 6-week series is designed for adults navigating life after a brain injury
(TBI orABI), concussion, post-concussion syndrome—and caregivers, too.
The weekly workshops will include mindfulness, meditation and movement practices as well as building community.
Mindset Facilitator: Liz Miller experienced brain injury and in her journey toward recovery became trained in LoveYourBrain practices.

Rockridge Branch sits on College Avenue in the middle of Oakland’s Rockridge neighborhood, a short walk from Rockridge BART and the rest of the College Avenue shops and cafés. It is a multi-story branch with an elevator and automatic doors at the main entrance, so getting in and around the building is straightforward for strollers and wheelchairs.
