Talks Philip Moore is the founder of GizmoData GizmoSQL: DuckDB, Anywhere You Want It DuckDB is great in-process, but real workloads eventually need a server — shared state, remote clients, concurrent AI agents. GizmoSQL is that server: a lightweight, statically compiled SQL engine that wraps DuckDB with Apache Arrow Flight SQL, delivering 1 TB TPC-H in under two minutes for pennies, at ~90% lower cost than traditional cloud warehouses.
