Amelie is a French wine bar and bistro on Polk in the Nob Hill / Polk Gulch stretch, a busy block with a lot of small bars and restaurants. Inside it is compact and dim, with red bottle lighting, a long bar, and a mix of two-tops and small group tables that fill up fast in the evening.
