Physical therapist by day, artist, musician, producer, and designer by night, Alexander Kas.ozi doesn’t see much separation between creative disciplines. Drawing on his Ugandan heritage, his work channels the same rhythm, color, and improvisational spirit found in music into striking visual compositions.
Born in Uganda and now based in Oakland, Alex's paintings are bold, energetic, and deeply rooted in personal expression. Whether working with sound, canvas, or design, his goal remains the same: to create work that resonates, inspires, and connects.
Alex will be spinning some of his original productions, remixes, beats, rhymes and dimes.
All the art is for sale and it's going fast!
A ticket gets you a glass of wine. $10 glasses all night! Wine also available by the bottle.

Vintage Berkeley on Vine Street is a small neighborhood wine shop in North Berkeley, a short walk from the cluster of restaurants and cafes often called the Gourmet Ghetto. The space is compact and straightforward, with shelves of bottles organized by region and style and a small counter where staff talk through picks or pour tastes during events. It feels more like a serious retail shop than a bar, though there is room to stand around high tables or the counter for tasting flights during scheduled happenings. more...
