Each painting begins with a vintage car advertisement, collaged directly onto the canvas, before Erin paints a new and uncertain world around the driver. Where is she going? She may never arrive. And perhaps that is exactly the point. Each piece is presented in a vintage frame personally collected and paired by the artist, making every work a singular and complete object.
