About This Event
Fat Gold co-founder and owner Kathryn Tomajan will share the origin story of this craft olive oil brand and how it has evolved since its inception. Alongside tasting pure olive oil, we will demonstrate how to use this delicious ingredient to make a bean conserva.
Fat Gold operates an olive mill in the San Joaquin Valley, collaborating with other growers to source some of California’s best, most interesting olives.
