Join us for a cooking demonstration hosted by Kathryn Tomajan of Fat Gold olive oil, and Helena del Pesco, fermentation educator and Workshop and Events Coordinator for Preserved. Time & Location Fri, May 15, 2026, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM PDT Preserved, 5540 College Ave, Oakland CA 94618 About This Event Fat Gold co-founder and owner Kathryn Tomajan will share the origin story of this craft olive oil brand and how it has evolved since its inception. Alongside tasting pure olive oil, we will demonstrate how to use this delicious ingredient to make a bean conserva. Fat Gold operates an olive mill in the San Joaquin Valley, collaborating with other growers to source some of California’s best, most interesting olives.
