Join us for a special afternoon in the park and a chance to intrigue your Qi 🌿 We’ll practice foundational practices in Qi Gong and Tai Chi — simple yet powerful, with growing research showing benefits for the nervous system, stress regulation, cardiovascular health, balance, sleep, and more. This will also be an informal Traditional Chinese Medicine Office Hour for you. Ask us about traditional practices, food, daily routines for longevity, or whatever else you’ve always been curious about. This is her first time visiting me since I moved to the U.S., which makes these gatherings especially meaningful to me. We both love making Chinese medicine feel practical, approachable, and connected to everyday life — and there’s something special about learning and sharing these practices together, in person and outside. 🎶 This Sunday, our friend @thesoundofsage will also join us with live music.
