Join us in making your own Chinese-style tofu/doufu from scratch! We'll walk through the steps for making silken tofu, medium & firm tofu, as well as tofu skin (aka yuba).

ABOUT THE EVENT
As part of this hands-on workshop, students will be tasting various forms of tofu, making tofu from scratch, and will take home the block of tofu to use at home!
This class is led by Taiwanese-American chef Henry Hsu of Oramasama. He comes to scratch-made cooking from the worlds of fashion and architecture. Henry honed his tofu making skills while working with local producer, Hodo Tofu.
All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
