Something shifts in midlife around our relationship to our bodies. Writers Bonnie Tsui (On Muscle) and Caroline Paul (Why Fly) explore what it feels like to get stronger, more capable, and more at home in a body that's changing. Both are renowned for their tales of adventure and physical resilience, exploring what moves us and uncovering surprising sources of strength. In this conversation – part inquiry, part pep rally – they bring that same curiosity and grace to the ordinary, unglamorous work of simply being in our bodies.

Inside, most things are organized around a long central table where talks, workshops, book clubs and game sessions all happen in close quarters. more...
