About the Event
As part of this hands-on workshop, each student will taste an assortment of different styles of Japanese Pickles and make two jars in class using different Japanese pickling methods.
This workshop is taught by Elizabeth Vecchiarelli, owner and founder of Preserved. She brings over 15 years of experience with local, sustainable, fermented and handmade food to her teaching.
