Join us as we explore the magic of cheesemaking and make a batch of mozzarella from scratch together! From milk to curd all the way to stretching into bite-size ciliegine balls! When you make mozzarella with us, you really get to play with your food!

About the Event
Take the intimidation out of cheesemaking as you are expertly guided through each step of making fresh mozzarella. As part of the workshop, each student will make a jar of fresh mozzarella balls to take home and enjoy! This workshop is taught by Elizabeth Vecchiarelli, owner and founder of Preserved. She brings over 15 years of experience with local, sustainable, fermented and handmade food to her teaching. All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store.
