Using only flour, eggs and a little time and attention, you will learn to create your own pasta dough to use in classic ricotta-filled pasta shapes including ravioli, tortellini, mezzaluna and more! Time & Location Apr 19, 2026, 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM Preserved, 5540 College Ave, Oakland CA 94618 About the Event In this hands-on workshop, we will be exploring the beautiful art of handmade filled pasta in various styles. Students will take home about 2 servings of class-made pasta to cook at home or freeze. This class is led by Honey Grace Lopez. Honey studied pasta in kitchens around the world, from a 100-acre organic farm in West Cork, Ireland, to the Southern Coast of France, to Calabria, Italy, where she truly honed her pasta-making skills. All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for this workshops is 14 years old. All Workshop Sales are final.
