Learn to make your own Chinese-style dumpling wrappers from scratch along with tasty fillings and various dumpling folding styles.

ABOUT THE EVENT
As part of this hands-on workshop, students will make their own pork and veggie dumplings to take home to freeze or cook, along with a batch of class-made dough for dumpling making at home.
This class is led by Taiwanese-American chef Henry Hsu of Oramasama. Henry comes to scratch-made cooking from the worlds of fashion and architecture and loves sharing food stories while demonstrating dumpling pleating techniques.
All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
