The original Forge Pizza operated in Jack London Square before that site closed, and the current restaurant reopened in Rockridge in the former Beer Baron space in late April. It now functions as both a neighborhood pizza and comfort food spot and a reliable place for low-key live music sets or drink-focused specials tied to the calendar and the sports or holiday schedule.
