Holistic Strength is a small strength training studio in Oakland’s Rockridge neighborhood, on the College Avenue commercial strip. It runs on scheduled sessions rather than open gym access, so most of the time the space is in use for one-on-one training, partner sessions, or small group classes. Expect a quieter, more focused environment than a big membership gym, with people working closely with trainers on strength, mobility, and general fitness. more...
